Evaluation of Tubal Factor in Two Methods of Hysterosalpingography and Laparoscopy in Infertile Women

Background: The prevalence of infertility in the world is increasing, and diagnosis cause help to better faster treatment. Objectives: aim this study was evaluate detection tubal factor with hysterosalpingography (HSG) laparoscopic methods infertile women referred Ali ibn-e Abitaleb Hospital. Methods: This descriptive-analytical performed on clinic Hospital Zahedan. All patients underwent HSG laparoscopy days 6 12 menstrual cycle. data were collected using information form then analyzed by SPSS software. Results: In study, 142 studied. mean age 30.6 ± 5.8 years old. normal abnormal 57.7% 42.3% patients, respectively. Moreover, 76.1% 23.9% There a relative agreement between results (Kappa: 0.326; P < 0.001) so that 67.6% who HSG, reported 73.5% laparoscopy. Conclusions: Overall, show there defining factor, but since no complete results, it recommended these two are considered complement each other not as an alternative.
